Controller Junior

You will be the first person on Advia's in-house Finance team. Your job: to ensure the day-to-day financial operations run smoothly—invoices, collections, payments, and clients are up-to-date—and, gradually, to take over controlling and closing procedures.

Advia is an AdTech company that activates digital campaigns with Active Navigation : with Vera, our own technology, we simulate with AI how the consumer behaves to reach them in their moments of active search.

We work with leading media agencies and advertisers, we're a Google for Startups partner, and the founding team comes from Seedtag. We're growing rapidly and preparing for our next stage. That's why we're creating our own in-house Finance department.

The challenge

You will be the first person on Advia's in-house Finance team.

You will work very closely with the founding team and our external CFO team, The Startup CFO , who will train you and support you in your growth.

What will you do at the beginning?

  1. Issue invoices each month to agencies and advertisers according to the campaigns executed.

  2. Register and validate supplier invoices (publishers, DSPs, SSPs and overhead) in Holded

  3. Perform bank reconciliations, prepare payments, and track collections.

  4. Resolve billing issues with customers and suppliers

  5. Control customer aging and collect overdue payments

How you will grow

This role involves more than just operations. You will gradually take on controlling and accounting close: monthly closings, reporting, margin control, and budget and forecast monitoring.

Furthermore, as the first in-house Finance executive, you'll grow with the department. You'll have a real career path to gain responsibility and help build Advia's finance team as the company scales.

  • Phase 01 · Operational: invoicing, suppliers, reconciliations, payments and collections.

  • Phase 02 · Controlling and closing: monthly closings, reporting, margins, budget and forecast.

  • Phase 03 · Build the area: more responsibility as Advia scales.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in accounting, financial administration, auditing or controlling

  • Good knowledge of the General Accounting Plan (PGC), invoicing, VAT and reconciliations

  • Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets

  • English B2

  • We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and decisive person, eager to grow.

Experience with Holded or other ERP systems, in startups or in AdTech/digital media will be valued .
